Several St. Charles businesses have been fined for liquor and tobacco violations.
St. Charles Mayor Lora Vitek took the action at a Dec. 16 hearing of the St. Charles Liquor Control Commission, which considers alcohol, tobacco and massage license issues. As mayor, she is the city’s liquor control commissioner.
“The city will continue to take a zero-tolerance approach to enforcing license violations for selling liquor or tobacco/alternative nicotine to minors,” Vitek said in a news release.
