123 On Third celebrated its grand opening at 123 S. Third Street in Geneva with a ribbon-cutting Nov. 10.

Owner Hiral Lloyd-Jones and Geneva Mayor Kevin Burns held the ribbon, which was cut by Lloyd Jones’ daughters. The event was attended by family, friends and Geneva Chamber of Commerce staff.
