U.S. 6 in Peru to close to auto traffic between Fulton, Peoria streets

Peru will be repairing U.S. 6 between Fulton and Peoria streets on Sept. 27 and 28.

Auto traffic will be detoured in this area. Semis, large trucks and emergency vehicles will be allowed to pass through. Traffic control measure will be in place.

Motorists are advised to use an alternate route and avoid the area as there may be traffic delays.
