Chris Coughlin, chairperson at Silo Pathways Legacy Project through NCI ARTworks, and Michelle Wade, of Triple Service Inc. unveil a rendering of “The Mendota Union Depot” at the Raise the Depot event on Monday Aug. 2, 2021, at Union Depot Railroad Museum and Amtrak Station in downtown Mendota. The 127-foot-wide and 50-foot-tall mural depicting the Union Depot Train Station will be displayed across the south wall of the Triple Service Inc. building at 801 Monroe St. The “Union Depot” mural will be painted by Ray Paseka.
