York 14, Willowbrook 10: Brian Filosa’s 65-yard punt return late in the third quarter sparked York to a come-from-behind 14-10 win at Willowbrook, as the Dukes bounced back from their first loss to win the West Suburban Conference crossover.
Glenbard West 35, Lyons 3: Joey Pope ran for 170 yards and scored three touchdowns, Pat Shadid and the Glenbard West defense was dominant once again and the Hilltoppers took command in the second half of their game at Lyons Township and went on to a 35-3 win.
Wheaton North 27, Geneva 0: Jackson Moore and Kaiden Libby had second-half interceptions, and Wheaton North used a key goal line stand to turn its DuKane Conference game with Geneva into a 27-0 rout and their second shutout of the season.
Glenbard South 40, Glenbard East 20: Trevor Burnett had 149 of his 243 yards in the second half and scored three touchdowns, as Glenbard South beat district rival Glenbard East 40-20.
Lemont 42, T.F. South 7: Albert Kunickis ran for 125 yards and kicked two field goals, and Lemont breezed to its eighth consecutive win on Friday rolling to a South Suburban Conference crown with a win over T.F. South.
Fenwick 42, Marian Central 7: Fenwick QB Kaden Cobb launched a 78-yard bomb to Bryan Hunt on the first offensive snap as the Friars rolled past Marian Central, 42-7, on Friday night.
Downers Grove South 17, Morton 7: Sophomore Deon Davis ran for 194 yards and a TD on 31 carries, junior defensive lineman Joe Genna scored his second TD in as many games at running back and Downers Grove South (4-4) beat Morton 17-7 for its fourth consecutive win.

IC Catholic Prep 28, Bishop McNamara 7: KJ Parker had a pick-six and two of the Knights’ four interceptions, Dennis Mandala threw two TD passes to Denzell Gibson and one to Connor McCoy, and IC Catholic Prep outscored visiting McNamara 21-0 in the second half to stay unbeaten.
Hinsdale Central 58, Proviso West 0: The Red Devils (7-1, 5-0) won their seventh consecutive game and clinched at least a share of the West Suburban Silver title with a game next week at Glenbard West.
Hinsdale South 55, Proviso East 12: The Hornets (3-5) snapped a two-game losing streak with a big win.
Wheaton Warrenville South 21, Lake Park 7: Matt Sommerdyke threw an 88-yard TD pass to Reece Young and 29-yard TD pass to Quentin Spencer, and Matt Crider had a 49-yard TD run for the Tigers (4-4, 3-3).
