Geneva stuns St. Charles North 29-26 in overtime.

Trailing 23-7 entering the fourth quarter, Geneva shocked St. Charles North with a game-tying two point conversion with 39 seconds left. Carter Powelson was the hero for the Vikings, clinching the game-winning touchdown in overtime.

Wheaton South runs away from St. Charles East 24-7.

After initially trailing, Wheaton South harassed St. Charles East quarterback for three interceptions and sacked him four times. The Tigers bounced back from a surprising loss to Geneva last week.

Kaneland cruises over Woodstock North 42-7.

Kaneland quarterback Troyer Carlson was an active part of five touchdowns, throwing for four and running for one.

Crystal Lake South handles Burlington Central 44-26

Crystal Lake South Justin Kowalak returned in a big way for CLS. Burlington Central quarterback Shawn Adkerson had three rushing touchdowns.

Marist flies away from Marmion 38-13.

Marist racked up 251 rushing yards and was paced by Dontrell Jackson’s two touchdowns. Marmion quarterback Danny Chung was 16-for-23 with 161 yards and a touchdown.

St. Francis blasts past Thornridge 51-0.
