Week 3 Friday Night Drive coaches poll

The biggest shake up in the poll this week comes in Class 6A following Crystal Lake Central’s upset win over Prairie Ridge. The Tigers enter the poll at No. 7, while Prairie Ridge fell from No. 2 to No. 5, just ahead Fox Valley Conference rival Cary-Grove.

The top spot in Class 5A continues to be a point of contention with four teams receiving first-place votes. All four teams are separated by just 15 voting points.

Things are also tight atop the Class 2A poll, where Maroa-Forsyth actually fell from first to third despite receiving the most first-place votes in the class.
