Somonauk Road railroad crossing closed for repairs Sept. 19

HINCKLEY – The Somonauk Road railroad crossing, located south of U.S. Route 30, will be closed to all traffic for repair work beginning Monday, Sept. 19.

The crossing repairs are expected to be completed by Wednesday, Sept. 21.

The Hinckley Police Department is requesting that drivers use an alternate route during this time period until the repairs have been completed.
