Spooktacular returns with DeKalb Chamber of Commerce Oct. 28

The DeKalb Chamber of Commerce’s annual Spooktacular trick-or-treating event is back and ready to roll into downtown DeKalb in time for Halloween.

Sponsored by T-Mobile, the event will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, with the route from Locust Street to the railroad tracks, and First to Fourth streets. Trick-or-treating will not cross First or Fourth street intersections. Participants are encouraged to dress up and walk along the shops downtown to trick-or-treat.
