Free mobile food pantry to be held Saturday at DeKalb Elks Lodge

DeKALB – Northern Illinois Food Bank’s Mobile Pantry will distribute food to those in need 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at the DeKalb Elks Lodge, 209 S. Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb.

The food is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Food is free to all in need, with no ID, proof of address or income required.

Due to the pandemic, the distribution will have a drive-thru model with pre-packed boxes of groceries.
