The DeKalb Public Library will hold a meeting of its Weird, Wild, and Wonderful Book Club for adults to discuss peculiar fiction and nonfiction books.

The free club will meet at 7 p.m. May 19 in the library’s Nancy D. Castle Collaboration Studio, 309 Oak St.

Participants will be able to discuss “Freshwater” by Akwaeke Emezi. No registration is required.
