Christian Luquin, 24, of Moline was charged with driving with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle on North Main Street at Interstate 80 at 7:30 p.m. April 8.

Retail theft

Jeffery S. Kiesewetter, 55, of Bradford was charged with retail theft at Walmart at 11:30 a.m. April 7.

Domestic battery

Gustavo Y. Cossy Leon, 27, of Princeton was charged with domestic battery in the 1200 block of West Peru Street at 7:47 p.m. April 2.

Spring Valley Police

Criminal trespass

Brittany A. Tidback, 29, homeless was charged with criminal trespass to a residence in the 100 block of West Second Street at 9:35 a.m. April 10.

Leaving the scene

Raymond Kunkel, 95, of Granville was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, no valid driver’s license, no valid registration, failure to reduce speed to avoid accident, failure to report accident to police authority, fleeing or attempting to elude police officer and improper lighting/one headlamp in the intersection of Spalding and Caroline streets at 7:50 p.m. April 11.
