Traffic stops

Malik H. Duncan, 24, of Riverside was charged with driving while license suspended and following too closely on Route 29 near Coal Miners Road at 9:59 p.m. Jan. 10. During the same stop, Quiana Stokes, 23, of Thornton, Ill. was charged with no valid driver’s license.

Emmanuel Bahena, 33, of Spring Valley was charged with driving while license suspended in the 200 block of Greenwood Street at 5:42 p.m. Jan. 9.

Following a traffic stop, Jessica L. Lamkin, 31, of LaSalle was charged with driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle on Richard Mautino Drive near Second Street at 7:50 a.m. Jan. 8.

Theft

John J. Cunningham, 28, of Spring Valley was charged with theft under $500 from Jay’s Bullethole Saloon at 11:30 p.m. Jan. 7.

Warrant arrest

Michael Lemmer, 32, of Spring Valley was arrested in the 100 block of East Dakota Street at 12:25 p.m. Jan. 13 on a Bureau County Warrant for failure to appear for disorderly conduct.
