DUI

Following a traffic stop, Rebecca S. Elam, 52, of Spring Valley was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding on Route 89 near 1350 North Avenue at 1:57 a.m. Jan. 1.

Criminal trespass

Haley J. Wollack, 20, homeless was charged with criminal trespass to state supported property in the 400 block of West Erie Street at 10:43 p.m. Jan. 4. According to police, Wollack also had a warrant out of Bureau County for failure to appear for criminal trespass to state supported property.
