18 new cases, 63 more vaccine doses in Bureau, Putnam and Marshall counties

3.41% of Bureau County residents have been fully vaccinated

There were 18 new COVID-19 cases in Bureau, Putnam and Marshall counties: 14 in Bureau, two in Putnam and two in Marshall, according to information released Wednesday by the Bureau, Putnam and Marshall County Health Departments.

There 51 more doses of COVID-19 vaccine administered Tuesday in Bureau County, one more dose in Putnam County and 11 more doses in Marshall County.

In total, Bureau County has administered 4,908 vaccine doses, Putnam County 1,209 and Marshall County 2,518. There are 1,124 fully vaccinated individuals in Bureau County (3.41% of county’s population), 207 in Putnam County (3.61% of county’s population) and 601 in Marshall County (5.21% of the county’s population).

Two doses three weeks apart are required for a full vaccination. Vaccine administration figures are reported with up to a 72-hour lag.
