Register for the vaccine

Online registration is now available for essential workers and individuals age 65 and older. Registering for a vaccine does not confirm a vaccination appointment time. It guarantees that someone from the health department will contact you in the future to schedule an appointment. Online forms can be filled out at https://www.jotform.com/tmccook/Bureau. The wait time for the vaccine could be lengthy as the health department continues to be limited on its allotment of vaccines per week.

Upcoming testing opportunities

• Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Bureau Valley High School

• Monday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Bureau County Fairgrounds.
