Taqueria Las Cumbres expands Crystal Lake location with new dining room, bar

Taqueria Las Cumbres expanded its Crystal Lake location with a new dining room and bar, the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce said in a news release about the ribbon cutting, celebrated with mariachi musicians on hand.

The restaurant’s owners hoped to open the new space last March but had to postpone the grand opening because of the pandemic, according to the release. The expansion took over the area next door, which previously housed a bakery.
