Local businesses to be part of Viking Scavenger Hunt during Swedish Days

GENEVA – Geneva businesses are gearing up for a scavenger hunt during this year’s Swedish Days festival.

According to a news release from the Geneva Chamber of Commerce, participants can search local storefront windows for a Viking helmet. The businesses will have pictures of the helmets that guests can step up to and “wear” from June 7 to 27.

Participants are encouraged to take a photo, post it on social media and tag Adventures in Scavenger Hunting, the release stated.

Scan the QR Code to discover all the participating businesses, and visit all 12 and be entered to win Geneva Chamber gift certificates. Winners will be announced via social media on June 28, the release stated.
