Early reservations are recommended for folks who want to secure seats when the Norris Cultural Arts Center resumes live, in-person events, beginning with a concert by a popular local Irish band, The Ragged Rascals, at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, March 20.
The concert presented by the Norris will be performed at its home-away-from-home venue, the historic Baker Community Center in downtown St. Charles. The seating capacity will be limited in keeping with health guidelines.
