Season of giving: Church in Union to present benefit concert for Ukraine relief

St. John’s United Church of Christ is working with the Reformed Church of Hungary to bring humanitarian assistance to the people of Ukraine by holding a benefit concert with performances by local musicians at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 19, at the church, 17824 Jefferson St. in Union.

Musicians will perform a variety of music with the theme of “Peace for Ukraine.” All donations will go to the International Disasters Fund of the United Church of Christ, designated for “Ukraine Relief.”

Reformed Church of Hungary is working to provide shelter, food and other care to war refugees and internally displaced people.
