A vehicle driven by Ronald P. Ochodnicky Sr., 81, of Countryside, Ill. was involved in an accident at the railroad crossing on Labee Street in DePue at 2:08 a.m. Dec. 7.
Warrant arrest
Anthony M. Lamb, 26, of Princeton was arrested on a failure to appear warrant in Bureau County Jail at 2:11 a.m. Dec. 6.
Deer accident
A vehicle driven by Bruce F. Smith, 70, of Princeton struck a deer on Princeton Tiskilwa Road near Tiskilwa at 1:12 p.m. Dec. 7.

Tyler Q. Eberle, 28, of Sparland was charged with speeding on Route 40 neat Kentville, south of Buda, at 8:23 p.m. Dec. 7.
