Mooseheart Holiday Lights Show brightens 2020

MOOSEHEART – One of the most popular holiday traditions – the Mooseheart Holiday Lights – returns for its 11th year.

The show runs through Dec. 31, open each night from 5 to 9 p.m. Visitors to this year’s attraction will enjoy 1.8 miles of light displays. While some old favorites will be seen, there are always new displays to discover – and even returning displays are placed in different spots.

Due to the pandemic, the popular Santa Claus evenings have been canceled this year. However, anyone who wishes to mail a letter to the North Pole can do so from a special Tommy Moose Mailbox – and delivery to Santa is guaranteed, a news release stated.

Another difference to the show this year is the admission price. A suggested donation of $20 is requested – but visitors are encouraged to come and enjoy the show and give what they can. All proceeds from the show benefit Mooseheart.

For details on the Holiday Lights show, visit moosecharities.org or call 630-966-2200. Mooseheart is located 2 miles north of I-88 on the west side of Route 31, between North Aurora and Batavia.
