DUI among charges

Oswego police arrested Jacquelin Noto, 33, of Oswego, on a charge of driving under the influence after the vehicle she was driving was involved in a crash at 9:18 p.m. Dec. 4 on Madison Street at Chicago Road. Police said neither Noto nor the driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash was injured. Noto also was cited for driving while license revoked and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Noto was transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville pending court proceedings.

Domestic battery report

Oswego police are investigating a report of a domestic battery that occurred at 3:11 p.m. Dec. 4 in the 300 block of Fox Chase Drive North. Police said a 55-year-old man was injured in the incident but not transported to the hospital.

Forgery report

Oswego police took a forgery report at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 7 at a residence in the 400 block of Ogden Falls Boulevard.

ID theft reported

Oswego police took a report of identity theft at 1:21 p.m. Dec. 7 from a resident in the 600 block of Charlotte Lane.

Property damage report

Oswego police took a report of criminal damage to property at 5:44 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 600 block of Pimlico Street. Police said damage was estimated at $500.

Battery under investigation

Oswego police are investigating a report of aggravated battery that occurred at 2:20 a.m. Dec. 6 in the 400 block of Fayette Drive. Police said the victim, a 71-year-old woman, was injured and transported to an area hospital.

Oswego police took an identity theft report Dec. 1 from two residents in the 600 block of Otter Way.

Juvenile arrested

Oswego police arrested a juvenile at 9:10 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 50th block of Northgate Circle on a charge of domestic battery.
