Identity theft

Kendall County sheriff's deputies responded to reports of identity theft in the 600 block of Main Street in Oswego Township at 11:04 a.m. Nov. 23. An investigation is ongoing.

Burglary

Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of burglary in the 0 to 100 block of North Cannonball Trail in Bristol Township at 7:51 a.m. Nov. 23. An investigation is ongoing.

Identity theft

Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of unemployment insurance identity theft in the 0 to 100 block of Ethel Court in Fox Township at 3:55 p.m. Nov. 23.

Identity theft

Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of identity theft in the 3000 block of Douglas Road in Oswego Township at 3:47 p.m. Nov. 23. An investigation is ongoing.

Domestic battery

Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of domestic battery in the 1000 block of Route 30 at 4:58 p.m. Nov. 23. An investigation is ongoing.

In-state warrant

Sheriff's deputies arrested Laquana M. Pickett, 33, of the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego, on an in-state, no-bond domestic battery warrant from Naperville. Deputies apprehended Pickett while responding to reports of a domestic incident in the 1000 block of Route 30 at 4:58 p.m. Nov. 23. Pickett was transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville for processing.

Fraud

Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of fraud in the 15000 block of Lisbon Center Road in Newark at 7:38 a.m. Nov. 23. An investigation is ongoing.

Identity theft

Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of unemployment insurance fraud in the 100 block of East Taylor Street in Newark at 12:32 p.m. Nov. 24. An investigation is ongoing.

ID theft

Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of identity theft in the 2000 block of Simmons Road, Oswego Township,at 9:23 a.m. Nov. 27. An investigation is ongoing.

Identity theft

Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of identity theft in the 0 to 100 block of Sheffield Road in Boulder Hill at 9:08 a.m. Nov. 27. An investigation is ongoing.

Domestic battery

Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery in the 0-99 block of Circle Court in Boulder Hill at 6:54 p.m. Nov. 27. The investigation is ongoing.

Criminal damage to property

Sheriff's deputies arrested Nicholas L. Stadler, 30, of the 0 to 99 block of Chatham Place, Boulder Hill, on a charge of criminal property damage. Deputies responded to Stadler's address at 9:35 p.m. Nov. 27 for reports of a domestic incident. Deputies transported Stadler to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

No valid driver’s license

Sheriff's deputies cited Jaime Avila, 22, of the 100 block of 20th Street in Mendota for driving without a valid license on Galena Road near Little Rock Road in Little Rock Township at 9:27 p.m. on Nov. 28. Avila was released at the scene on his own personal recognizance.

Theft

Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of theft that occurred in November in the 0 to 99 block of Clark Avenue in Bristol Township at 6:52 p.m. on Nov. 29. An investigation is ongoing.

Criminal damage to property

Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of criminal property damage at the 0 to 99 block of Willow Springs Lane in Little Rock Township at 8:20 p.m. on Nov. 29. An investigation is ongoing.

Domestic violence and criminal damage to property
Sheriff's deputies arrested Isaiah Williams, 28, of the 2200 block of Light Road in Oswego, on a charge of criminal property damage at 2:25 a.m. on Nov. 28. Deputies responded to the 2000 block of Light Road in Oswego on reports of a domestic incident. Deputies transported Williams to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

No valid driver's license
Sheriff's deputies cited a 17-year-old male of the 300 block of Jackson Street in Yorkville for driving without a valid license on Galena Road near Route 47 in Bristol Township at 10:44 p.m. on Nov. 28. Deputies stopped the juvenile's vehicle for speeding. The juvenile was released at the scene on his own personal recognizance.
