DeKALB – As Halloween fast approaches and families throughout DeKalb County look for some normalcy headed into the holiday, here’s a list of where, and when, municipalities are offering trick-or-treat hours, including at Lowe’s this month.
Lowe’s is offering drive-thru, curbside trick-or-treating at locations across the country, including the Lowe’s at 2050 Sycamore Road in DeKalb, according to a news release.
The drive-thru, curbside trick-or-treating will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Oct. 22 and 29.
Families can drive up to their local Lowe’s and receive free candy and a small pumpkin to take home. Costumes are encouraged but not required.
To attend the event, families must reserve a spot at www.Lowes.com/DIY.
Lowe’s also encourages participants to carve a pumpkin with a message of gratitude for frontline workers in honor of National First Responders Day on Oct. 28, and then share their designs on social media using #BuildThanks.
