A McHenry County grand jury indicted these people on the following charge:

• Michael R. Huber, 54, of McHenry; retail theft.

• Tyrone D. Randolph, 25, of the 10500 block of South Lafayette Avenue, Chicago; forgery.

• Brian M. Hitztaler, 49, of the 5200 block of Shore Drive, McHenry; failure to report annually, violating sex offender registration.

• Dashaun D. Lewis, 24, of the 1400 block of South St. Louis Avenue, Chicago; possession of a controlled substance.

• Denzel J. Clark, 24, of the 2000 block of 10th Street, Waukegan; possession of a controlled substance, resisting a peace officer.

• Anthony J. Clary, 35, of the 1900 block of West Lincoln Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; obstructing identification, possession of a controlled substance.

• Paul S. Benzinger, 32, of the 6100 block of Anvil Road, Crystal Lake; possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting a peace officer.

• Heather Lynn Vasil, 27, of the 1000 block of Oak Lane, Algonquin; drug-induced homicide, possession of a controlled substance.

• William L. Sicca III, 22, of the 2800 block of Henzada Avenue, McHenry; possession of LSD, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver 30 to 500 grams of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance.

• Enrico J. Cirelli, 35, of the 400 block of Liberty Street, Waukegan; drug-induced homicide, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of a controlled substance.

• Robin A. Stewart, 39, of the 4000 block of Black Oak Avenue, Antioch; drug-induced homicide, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of a controlled substance.

• Eric W. Olsen, 24, of the 200 block of Hickory Drive, Crystal Lake; aggravated driving under the influence, driving on a suspended or revoked license.

• Stanley J. Rzepka Jr., 29, of the 800 block of West Route 176, McHenry; possession of a controlled substance.
