The McHenry County Department of Health reported five new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and no additional deaths Tuesday.
Tuesday's numbers brought countywide totals to 4,267 confirmed cases, 117 related deaths and two probable deaths. The county's recovery rate remains at 96%.
McHenry County residents have been tested a total of 67,822 times since the pandemic began, according to county-specific data collected by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
The Kane County Health Department reported a total of 12,254 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 326 deaths Tuesday.
The Lake County Health Department reported a total of 15,906 confirmed cases and 460 related deaths.
Statewide, the Illinois Department of Public Health reported a total of 264,210 confirmed cases and 8,332 related deaths. So far, Illinois has conducted a total of 4,810,827 COVID-19 tests. The statewide recovery rate is 96%.
Among McHenry County ZIP codes, Woodstock (60098) has seen the highest number of COVID-19 cases with a total of 643 confirmed cases, according to county data. Woodstock is closely followed by Crystal Lake (60014) with 641 cases.
The McHenry County Health Department reports only ZIP code data that is located within McHenry County, a department spokeswoman said. Any discrepancies between county and Illinois Department of Public Health numbers are likely because of the data's provisional nature and because each health department finalizes its data at different times, she said.

Ringwood (60072) has reported five cases or fewer, according to the health department.
