DeKalb city

• Dantana F. Buchanan, 29, of the 800 block of Crane Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Jan. 17, with domestic battery.

• Alexander J. Koeune, 25, of the 4400 block of Loyola Drive, McHenry, was arrested Sunday, Jan. 19, on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

• Austin K. Pickens, 30, of the 1100 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Jan. 17, with illegal possession of a weapon by a felony, possession of controlled substance and manufacturing controlled substances.

• Thomas K. Smith, 49, of the 1200 block of Wild Street, Sycamore, was charged Friday, Jan. 17, with battery.

• Isaac D. Smith, 30, of the 1000 block of Davy Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Jan. 19, with domestic battery.

• Adriana J. Soto, 30, of the 900 block of West Taylor Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday,Jan. 19, with aggravated battery and domestic battery.

• Leon P. Thompson, 65,of the 1200 block of Rushmoore Drive, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Jan. 18, with domestic battery and child endangerment.
