Woodstock police reports

Information in police reports is obtained from the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and municipal police departments. Individuals listed in police reports who have been charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court.

• Jose Munoz Jr., 31, of the 400 block of North Saint Louis Avenue, Chicago, was charged Saturday, Nov. 9, with retail theft.

• Ismael Alcantara Rodriguez, 40, of the 300 block of North State Street, Oaktown, Indiana, was charged Tuesday, Nov. 12, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of more than 0.08, driving without a valid license and improper lane usage.

• Alejandro Quintero, 18, of the 2400 block of Bridgewater Drive, Woodstock, was charged Wednesday, Nov. 13, with criminal trespassing to property.

• Jason A. Lobue, 38, of the 1200 block of Walden Oaks Drive, was charged Thursday, Nov. 14, with violating an order of protection.

• James H. Durkee, 54, transient, was charged Saturday, Nov. 16, with causing criminal damage to property.

• Kendall B. Stork, 21, of the 400 block of Otis Road, Barrington, was charged Monday, Nov. 18, with retail theft.

• Jacklyn C. Morrison, 18, of the 2500 block of Melbourne Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Monday, Nov. 18, with driving under the influence of drugs, failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

• James H. Durkee, 54, transient, was charged Monday, Nov. 18, with arson and causing criminal damage to property.

• Joshua A. Brown, 19, transient, was charged Saturday, Nov. 21, with retail theft.
