Batavia school district, teachers union reach tentative contract agreement

BATAVIA – The Batavia Education Association (BEA) and the Batavia Public School District 101 school board have reached a tentative agreement on a new contract, according to a news release from the school district.

Members of the BEA are expected to vote on the agreement in mid-September and, if ratified, details will be shared when the contract is presented to the school board for approval.
