Tech supplier relocates to Crystal Lake from Cary

Business moving to business center

A growing component supplier now is leasing a large space within the Crystal Lake Business Center.

Entre Commercial Realty LLC completed the long-term lease of an estimated 35,000-square-foot building at 220 Exchange Drive with MDG Computer Services Inc. earlier this month. The business park is owned by Colony Industrial.

MDG Computer Services Inc., which conducts business as 5GStore.com and 3GStore.com, will “nearly quadruple in size to accommodate its growing business,” according to a media release from the firm.

The company is a supplier of Wi-Fi, networking and cellular technology solutions.

5GStore.com relocated from nearby Cary.

“[It] was attracted to the Crystal Lake Business Center because the property features a high image design, modern office finishes, 24-foot warehouse ceilings and excellent truck-loading capabilities,” according to the media release. “The business park ... also provides tenants with the opportunity for future growth within the four-building multitenant complex totaling nearly 800,000 square feet.”

Last year, Inc. magazine listed 3GStore.com No. 4,442 on its 37th annual Inc. 5000, a ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.

Realtor Dan Jones of Entre Commercial Realty represented the landlord in the transaction.

Entre Commercial Realty, based in Arlington Heights, is a full-service industrial/commercial real estate firm. Entre provides a wide range of real estate services including brokerage, property management and construction throughout the metro-Chicago area.
