Troy Special Olympics athlete to compete at state

Johnny Prystalski, a Special Olympics athlete who attends William B. Orenic Intermediate School, and seen with co-coaches Mary Kate Beutel and Nicole Oldenburg, earned a gold medal in basketball skills at January’s Special Olympics Regional Competition.

The competition was held at Evergreen Park High School

Johnny will compete March 16 to March 17 at the Special Olympics State Competition at Illinois State University.
