• Hamza Ezzenje, 31, of the 300 block of South First Street, was charged Tuesday, Oct. 16, with driving on a suspended license.

• Nicole A. Johnson, 18, of the 1000 block of East Monroe Street in Kokomo, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 17, with retail theft.

• Jasmine B. Walton, 18, of the 1300 block of Stevenson Drive, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 17, with retail theft.

• Julia M. Emer, 20, of the 1000 block of Aspen Court, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 17, with retail theft.

• Julia A. Saunders, 19, of the 1000 block of Aspen Court, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 17, with retail theft.

• Dalante V. Thomas, 25, of the 1200 block of Rushmoore Drive, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 17, with driving on a suspended license.

• Mahmoud S. Mohammad, 19, of the 2400 block of Williams Way, was charged Thursday, Oct. 18, with driving on a suspended license.

• Dakari D. Williams, 21, of the 500 block of Normal Road, was charged Friday, Oct. 19, with, two counts of domestic battery.

• Desmond M. Ewing, 22, of the 900 block of Crane Drive, was charged Friday, Oct. 19, with driving on a suspended license.

• Michele Frazier-Harrison, 28, of the 900 block of Ridge Drive, was charged Thursday, Oct. 18, with two counts of domestic battery.
