• Douglas R. Rominski, 33, of the 400 block of Triggs Avenue, Elgin, was charged Friday, March 13, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding (42 mph in a 25 mph zone.)

• Courtney A. Modaff, 26, of the 1500 block of South First Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, March 15, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08, improper lane usage and operating a vehicle without proper registration.

• Theresa K. Oostmeyer, 23, of the 1700 block of West State Street, Sycamore, was charged Thursday, March 19, with driving with a suspended license.

• Jesus Campos, 58, of the 1000 block of Briden Drive, Marengo, was charged Thursday, March 19, with driving without a valid drivers license and operating an uninsured vehicle.

• James Dunovsky, 41, of the 1400 block of Plaintain Drive, Minooka, was charged Saturday, March 21, with driving under the influence and speeding (65 mph in a 55 mph zone.)

• Jimmie R. Bear Jr., 39, of the 500 block of Coster Place, Hinckley, was charged Tuesday, March 24, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08, speeding and fleeing and eluding police.

• Jose L. Garcia Jr., 19, of the 1800 block of Ashwood Lane, Aurora, was charged Tuesday, March 24, with possession of drug paraphernalia, consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of alcohol by a minor, illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor and speeding (46 mph in a 25 mph zone.)

• Yesenia Alcantar, 25, of the 100 block of Capes Drive, Elburn, was charged Thursday, March 26, with driving with a suspended license.

• Alyssa A. Conlon, 20, of the 1500 block of Whitehall Court, Batavia, was charged Friday, March 27, with consumption of alcohol by a minor, following too closely and operating an uninsured vehicle.

• Darius B. Bell, 20, of the 6000 block of South Hermitage, Chicago, was charged Saturday, March 28, with driving with a suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle.
